Dominating Transferances of Energy

If Energy in the universe can be settled into two categories, then, the transferances of energy would be that of positive/negetive exchange. The individual human perception of experience rides infinately upon the derivative of the same positve/negetive energy. Therefore, the determination could be that the universe consists only of energy: positive/negetive; however, the balance is not a gaurantee.
